Please provide the following documents to the Trustee a minimum of one week prior to the scheduled 341 Meeting:

Most recent tax return required to be filed

60 days of pre-petition pay advises (pay stubs, etc.)

Titles to all motor vehicles, mobile homes, boats, trailers, RVs, motor homes, etc. that the client owns and all proofs of insurance

If the client owns real estate, a copy of the complete recorded mortgage(s) with signature page, land contract, and deed(s)
All current real estate tax bills

A current state equalized value statement
Appraisals of real estate and personal property IF completed within three years

Judgment(s) of divorce if within six years

Information pertaining to lawsuits in which the client has sued someone else

Most recent statement for IRAs, 401(k) plans, annuities, pensions, etc.
Payoff schedule for retirement loans and vehicle loans
Trust or probate documents
In addition to the above stated documents, if the client is self-employed (i.e., d/b/a or sole proprietorship) or
has an interest in a partnership, corporation, or LLC, they must provide copies of the following documents:

Current profit and loss statement

Business tax returns for the prior two years
List of Accounts Receivable and Account Payable
As a courtesy prior to a scheduled meeting, the Trustee's Office will email you a list of potential questions or issues that the Trustee may have with your cases. This is just intended to give you advanced notice of possible questions that may arise at the meeting.
