The Trustee's Office has been certified to provide a FREE Personal Financial Management Course which is required for discharge. The Debtor Education will cover:

  1. Communication and personal planning

  2. Managing your money

  3. Buyer beware!

  4. Restoring your credit

  5. The wise use of credit

This class will be held on your scheduled 341 hearing date. If this class was not available when your 341 hearing was held or if you missed the class, you may contact Chuck Hadley in our Debtor Education Department. He will provide you with an available date, time, and location where you may attend one of our FREE Personal Finance Management Courses.
